They assume if I don't play Rugby, Rugby League is my future
People assume I am funny
They don't know me, they just look at my skin
They assume I'm a comedian and have been on TV
They assume I'm nothing more than a joke
People assume I am a rapper
They don't know me, they just look at my skin
They assume I hang out with Scribe
They assume I'm a fast talker
People assume I am fat
They don't know me, they just look at my skin
They assume I love eating KFC
They assume food is what I love most
People assume I am unemployed
They don't know me, they just look at my skin
They assume I am lazy
They assume I am a dole bludger
People assume I am a criminal
They don't know me, they just look at my skin
They assume I'm a robber
They assume I'm part of a gang
People assume I am a gambler
They don't know me, they just look at my skin
They assume I blow my money
They assume I need the money
People assume I am a smoker
They don't know me, they just look at my skin
They assume I waste my money blowing
They assume I like to pollute my children
People shouldn't assume these things.
They should know me more than from my skin colour
I am more than what society thinks I am
There's more to me if you really get to know me
